Aris Limassol - AEK 2-2: Player ratings [Κριτική παικτών Άρης Λεμεσού - ΑΕΚ]
This was, overall, a good game — particularly for its thrilling first half, where all four goals were scored. The second half, however, was the complete opposite, with far less tempo and creativity. The match was marred by poor officiating from referee Kikatseishvili (rating: 5), especially in disciplinary control, where he leaned slightly in favor of Aris Limassol
Aris Limassol (Radkov 6) 4-3-3
Vana 7 – Despite conceding twice, showed great readiness in several other situations.
Yago 7 – Very noticeable presence on the right flank, strong throughout the match.
Goldson 8 – High rating mainly for his stunning goal, but also solid defensive work.
Balogun 7 – Couldn’t prevent the 0-1, but afterwards was among the best with key interventions.
Correia 6 – Not his best game, though he delivered one quality cross to the striker.
Mariev 6 – Decent but not decisive in midfield.
Charalambous 8 – Inspired play, his pass for the 1-2 became an assist. Energetic and consistent.
McCausland 6 (86′) – Not everything worked out for him, but fought hard.
Moudnor 8 (46′) – Assist for the equaliser was straight out of a cartoon.
Kakoullis 7 (46′) – Perfect run behind the defence and a calm finish for the 1-2.
Kvilitaia 7 (77′) – Didn’t score but troubled the opposition, won duels, and supported the attack well.
